Exploration of the Appropriate Processing Method
Based on the initial consultation, we will sit down with our laboratory technicians to come up with the appropriate processing method to suit your needs. This step is crucial, as the process will vary depending on the material being plated.
An estimate will be provided based on our discussion.
1.Receipt and Confirmation of the Treatment Method
We will check the material to be plated upon receipt to reconfirm the method of treatment. 2.Pretreatment
We will select the method of pretreatment that is appropriate for the material (e.g. masking, etc.). 3.Plating
The material will be plated in an around the clock operation, paying considerable attention to detail. 4.After Treatment
We will put on the necessary finishing touches (including masking removal, heat treatment, etc.). 5.Delivery Inspection
Experienced examiners will check the quality of the finished product.
